Please read our terms of service carefully before making a purchase. The following is a legal and binding agreement between each client and Pryme Dezign.

Pryme Dezign owns and retains the copyright to all graphics/images, template layout, and design details of each template. The client owns the copyright to their own website content. We place a small non-removable copyright link at the bottom of each web template which must remain in place at all times. The text and/or link may not be removed or altered. Link removal is subject to an additional fee. No template on this web site is considered to be public domain.

 

Graphics Supplied By Client

 

If you are supplying your own graphics to have headers or banners made and you have purchased them from another graphic designer, no editing, resizing, or changes of any kind will be made to any graphic you supply unless you also provide written permission from your designer to do so. If you need a custom header or banner made from any graphic you supply, you must have authorization to create headers and banners using these graphics, or you will need to have your graphic designer make them for you.

Acceptance of TOS

Pryme Dezign is not responsible for the website sales of any client. Whether it be  directly or indirectly, Pryme Dezign may not be held liable in any way for punitive damages due to lack of sales or otherwise. All clients are responsible for maintaining their own products and website services. Neither is Pryme Dezign responsible for the upkeep of any clients website and/or domain.

Payment


We accept all forms of payment through Paypal. It's 100% safe and always 100% free. Click here for details.

Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation of services by the client must be requested in writing, and does not become effective until the written request has been received. Email and telephone requests for cancellation must be followed with a written confirmation and include the clients signature or the request will not be honored. There are no refunds on deposits after work has begun.

 

Due to the nature of our business, digital products, and services, once a template has been delivered to you electronically or installed to your shopping cart host, there will be no refunds. If you have any questions feel free to email me.

 

Custom Design Payment & Fees

 

All custom website designs require a 50% non refundable deposit. After your deposit has been received, I will contact you via email and we will begin the design process. In the beginning, we will go over your personal website needs and decide on a unique design idea. We will work closely together via email to assure your complete satisfaction. Your own ideas and suggestions are completely welcome and encouraged. We will go over your design many times during the design process. Once you are completely satisfied with your finished design, the remainder of the balance will be due and payable. Upon final payment, you will receive your completed website design and any extra design purchases via email in a zip file, or your design will be installed to one of our approved shopping cart hosts as requested. All designs must be paid in full before any electronic delivery is made.

Installation Authorization


The client hereby authorizes Pryme Dezign access to their website administration and/or control panel for the sole purpose of installing and setting up their web design and template to their chosen website host or shopping cart provider. We currently work with the providers listed below. Pryme Dezign is not responsible for any website content on the clients website other than installation and setup of the purchased design.

Pryme Dezign is an independently owned and operated business. We are not attached or affiliated with any hosting companies other than we are familiar with their control panels and installation software. Once your  template has been installed, we have no further obligation to you on your hosting companies behalf. Your contract with Pryme Dezign and your hosting company are two completely separate agreements. Please use their support ticket system if you have any questions or need assistance.

 

License Agreement

 

When purchasing a website design from Pryme Dezign, you are entering into a legal, binding contract. All graphics, template layouts, and design details are fully owned and copyrighted by Pryme Dezign. The purchase of a design template and/or graphic design from Pryme Dezign only gives you the right to use the purchased template, html, graphics, and design layout on your own personal or business website. Once payment has been made, this constitutes a legal agreement between you and Pryme Dezign, and you agree to legally abide by my license agreement and all restrictions set forth in this agreement as outlined on this web page. At your request, a copy of this agreement will be sent to you via email.

 

You may not alter, resize, or modify any template, design, image or graphic in any way. Designs and templates are sold as is and may not be changed or altered in any way without prior written permission.

 

A Pryme Dezign copyright credit and link appears at the bottom of every template and may Not be removed for any reason.  Web Design by PrymeDezign.com

 

Templates are sold per client/website and are non-transferable. My templates may not be shared with friends or family members. If you would like to use a template design on multiple web sites, you must purchase a design for each web site or business. You may not use the html from my templates to create new templates.

 

Our Right to Decline Services

 

Any website containing pornography and/or unlawful content will be turned away period. We reserve the right at our own discretion to refuse products and/or services to anyone for any reason. Any website using our products not in compliance with our Terms Of Service will be removed from our portfolio and asked to remove our template/templates along with our copyright link from their website domain/domains. We only do business with Family Friendly websites.

There are no exceptions.
